Facts about the deplorable situation in Sudan . . .  

In the Darfur region alone:

• One child in five is acutely malnourished
• Up to 10,000 people die each month according to the World Health Organization (WHO).
• 300,000 people have been killed and 2 million more displaced in a campaign against Darfur’s black African population and are now in camps in impoverished Chad with little or no food, water, medicine, and shelter.
• The US Congress and Government has determined that the killing of Africans in Darfur is Genocide.
